The Burny / AMC© Levitator© Torch Height Control Sensor makes it easy for machine operators to maintain an optimum distance between a flame-cutting torch and a steel plate, improving cut quality and reducing scrap.

Utilizing non-contact capacitive measurement, it is accurate up to ±.019 inches (5 mm). The Torch Height Control Sensor is available for oxyfuel or plasma shape-cutting processes and either by itself or as part of the Levitator System, with the Burny / AMC Torch Lifter.
